What You'll Do:

As a Recruiter at our upcoming Fort Worth office, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our workforce and driving our success.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinating and managing the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborating with the HR team to streamline onboarding processes.
• Contributing to the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• .Customer Service experience Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
