Receptionist

 

Description:

Warmly and professionally greet office visitors and callers, schedule and coordinate conference rooms and visiting offices, properly route calls, incoming and outgoing mail and packages, order and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and general areas, coordinate with building management on office-related issues, serve as back-up administrative support for the attorneys and legal assistants as needed.

 

Qualifications

Positive attitude, proactive willingness to help others, attention to detail, ability to reason and problem-solve, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), familiarity and efficiency with technology and office equipment.
