Duties

• Prepare or ensure the technical accuracy of real property documentation for acquisition, disposal and utilization of realty property.
• Perform technical accomplishment and documentation of periodic real property inspections and real estate inventories in accordance with Army regulations and policy documents.
• Classify and analyze the utilization of real property to obtain its optimal use and classification within the real property database of record.
• Perform efficient and effective management of space consistent with Installation, Higher Headquarters and DA Policy.
• Use analytical techniques develop data measurement and comparison techniques for management of real property assets in support of space utilization, real property inventory and financial accounting.
