A leading manufacturer in the world of bakery, food & beverage.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute projects to provide scale up commercialization expertise to address the needs of customers requests for new and existing products
- Demonstrate bench top to pilot scale and integrate into full commercial production into manufacturing processes
- Research customers’ requirements on shelf-life requirements for their products
- Provide direct assistance to customer in the commercialization of their products and troubleshooting concerns
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review process improvements from bench to commercialization
- Performs the job while adhering to all company policies and procedures
- The ability to conduct and manage assigned project independently

Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar discipline
- 4-10 years of experience in the food industry
- Competent in your work and project management through completion
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
- The candidate must possess a broad knowledge of food science technology and scale-up to commercialization to best support clients’ needs
- Motivated self-starter with strong time-management skills who drives for results
