We are looking for a Quality Manager to oversee two plants/sites and you will based out of the corporate office. We need someone with skills, experience and knowledge of Quality Systems from SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and/or AIB-HACCP. The role requires leadership and we are looking for someone who can ensure all products meet external customers requirements. Your ability to analyze, collect and track plant quality metrics will be needed, but we are also looking for someone to mentor and lead new and existing employees. In this role you will maintain key/critical/KPI’s such as maintaining customer complaints, cost of quality and defect rates, etc.
