Description:
The company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the manufacturing sector, with a particular focus on printing processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and operations comply with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and systems.
- Overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within the manufacturing process.
- Leading and managing a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO9001 & ISO14001, GMP).
- Preparing and presenting quality reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Managing customer complaints and working towards swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
