Description:
An established company is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager.
- BS Degree preferred but not required (Biology)
- Facilitating the training for staff and management team in Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP, Sanitation, Allergens policies, and procedures.
- Investigation of customer complaints and documented responses.
- Maintenance of all HACCP plans.
- Verification of equipment accuracy and operation, as well as coordinated calibration of scales and thermometers.
- Monitoring of all incoming materials and outgoing goods to ensure quality for customers, maintain records for compliance. Conduct weekly chef tables to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Conducting vendor and internal audits as scheduled.
- Performing ingredients and finished product mock recalls.
- Conducting monthly microbiological food tests.
- Introduction and implementation of Food Safety Quality System, enhancing performance and compliance.
