As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing medication management and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medication management and therapy for a diverse patient population.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches in patient care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.

• Participate in case discussions and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fully licensed in Minnesota as a PMHNP (BE/BC, unencumbered DEA).

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Compensation: $201,000 - $259,000 annually (full-time) + Sign-on Bonus.
