Provider Relations Representative

Description:

The PNOA Provider Relations Representative relies on pre-established guidelines, sound judgment and decision-making to enter, maintain and clean up data in the Provider Module of the Precis database. The goal of this position is to ensure all elements pertaining to provider data are accurate, efficiently structured and up-to-date. Answer all calls as needed.

Job Duties
 

• Collects, reviews and inputs demographic data and provider contracts into the Precis database.
• Enters and reviews provider roster loads and adds/deletes changes.
• Validates existing data using judgment, existing knowledge and external research tools to make necessary corrections.
• Verifies, researches and updates provider Tax ID information.
• Works with Information Technology to get provider data in our system.
• Maintains set-up and requests through the HMA, LLC Provider Portal.
