A multinational law firm is seeking a Projects Counsel specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects to join their team in New York. The group represents clients across industries, including renewable energy, oil and gas, technology, financial services, private equity, government, retail, telecommunications and media, and infrastructure and transportation. Ideal candidates will have experience advising and negotiating EPC contracts and agreements. Stellar academic credentials required and comparable law firm or in-house experience preferred. Starting salary range is dependent on experience level and has not been released. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range as well as generous benefits and bonus structure.
