We are mostly embedded systems so prefer some hardware and software combination, to be able to work on bringup, Power testing, Python scripting, Jenkins/continuous integration system knowledge, Jira management and troubleshooting/debugging experience.

Education:

Computer/electronics/electrical/telecommunication engineers or Master
