Responsibilities
- Researching & Listening Mass Influencers Pools relevant to each campaign requirement (i.e. demographics, engagement rate, tiers, etc.).
- Outreaching and maintaining relationships with global partner digital marketing/talent agencies, and independent Influencers through (mainly) e-mail communication
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts with aligned deliverables and budget
- Organize campaign finances (internal talent database, invoices, etc.)
- Drafting proposals based on brand goals with thorough market & and target research/analysis, highlighting notable industry trends and data relevant to the campaign.
- Strategizing/Ideation for Campaign content sample directions and overall execution process for Brand approval
- Content management with Agents/Talents ensuring a well-tracked timeline, creative, and overall direction is aligned with the Brand to avoid miscommunication.
- Weekly mass campaign updates to ensure everyone is aligned with current and ongoing influencer campaigns.
- Negotiate and mitigate any Brand requests as needed through the campaign process due to unexpected changes to ensure collaboration success.
- Monitor and analyze final live partnerships including any notable comments, insights, and more relevant to campaign success.
- Support PR team updating coverages in clipbooks to clients.
- Other internal support as needed based on the project load.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of influencer partnership marketing experience, reaching suitable influencers for specific campaigns based on factors like target audience and content style.
- Open to working flexibly with KST hours and weekend work for occasional evening meetings, live campaigns, etc. as needed.
- Experience in content creation related to beauty/cosmetics is a plus
- Working knowledge of influencer marketing across all social media platforms (YT, IG, TikTok, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
