Responsibilities:
- Assists in coordinating project and program activities by creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents minutes to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Supports Business Project and Program Managers in coordinating project activities, including tracking project milestones, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that project deliverables are met.
- Provides program and project management budget support, including initial development, ongoing maintenance, forecasting, variance analysis, expense tracking, time reporting, and project statistic reporting. Ensures timely and accurate billing from vendors.
- Supports the identification, assessment, and monitoring of project risks including maintaining risk registers, assisting in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies, and tracking risk-related actions.
- Maintains accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, action item lists, and risk registers. Assists in the preparation of progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Contributes to stakeholder engagement activities, including organizing meetings, managing stakeholder communications, and assisting in the development and distribution of stakeholder engagement materials.
- Supports quality assurance processes by reviewing project deliverables and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
- Contributes to the improvement of project and program management support processes by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting innovative solutions or best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management or a related field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
- Physical essential functions: ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.), travel as required.
