Description:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Communicate project objectives, requirements and timelines to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources to ensure project deliverables are met with identified key milestones.
- Adjust workflows and resources as needed across workstream(s) to ensure optimal delivery and mitigate project risks.
- Looks for continuous improvement opportunities in project management tools/platform (i.e. Workfront).
- Reviews briefs and project requests to appropriately assign to identified creatives or brand equity team members.
Key Stakeholder “Client” Management:
- Serve as key point of contact for brief submissions - reviewing project request and proper inputs received to begin work.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project revisions as needed.
- Build strong relationships through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct post-project reviews as warranted to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Project Execution and Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards, brand guidelines and stakeholder/brief expectations.
