Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent education and experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ Heavy Civil construction industry experience, with experience constructing structures, underground facilities, and other heavy civil related work items.
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, accounting, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units required. Thorough knowledge of Federal/State/Local Agency plans and specifications is required. Knowledge of SWPPP practices and regulations if required.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is vital.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.
