Project Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in SATX and surrounding areas for a strong, independent ground-up commercial construction Project Manager represented by j.Connell Construction Recruiting, LLC located in San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects such as schools K-12, multi-storied office buildings and medical facilities. The PM will be creating timelines, developing and adhering to budgets, collaborating with contractors and clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing logistics, expediting, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality control.

Downsized due to Covid but moving back into new endeavors and areas and need a PM who can manage that growth! Privately held General Contractor with small office staff and a positive inviting culture. Low to no turn-over.

RECENT HANDS-ON GROUND-UP COMMERCIAL PM EXPERIENCE IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS IS REQUIRED.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Expeditor skills
• Experience in Expediting, Logistics Management, and Inspection
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and clients
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality control standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with construction software and technology
• Certification in Project Management or related field is a plus
