Mid-Level Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Our ideal candidate will work independently and drive/lead a project to completion through all phases - from initial client meetings, site analysis, concept design, design development, planning submittals, construction documents, building submittals to planting design and construction oversight.
- They will work well with people - attending to and interfacing naturally with clients in addition to leading the coordination of internal resources and outside professionals necessary for success of the project.
- They will be detail-oriented - leading the production of construction details, specifications, drawing sets and visual presentation materials. He/she will also assist in project bidding.
- Our ideal candidate will be an integral part of the very busy but happy Imprints team - unafraid to dive into whatever is needed, to be a resource for other projects when necessary, and available to mentor junior staff.

Requirements:
- BLArch, minimum
- Minimum of (5) years professional experience working in residential landscape architecture
- A proven ability to drive projects through to completion.
- Experience with local design and permitting processes and local ordinances. An ability to work in the studio in Mill Valley, Ca.
- Knowledge of Northern California plants. Knowledge of drought tolerant plants a bonus.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software such as Vectorworks, Adobe CS and GSuite is required. Exceptional freehand graphics are a bonus.
- We are currently a Vectorworks company. Proficiency in AutoCad or Vectorworks is a must, but a willingness to learn Vectorworks if you are currently an AutoCad person is expected.
