Project Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This position will manage the finances of each current and potential project as well as supervise the Site Superintendents and Project Manager assistant, assuring they meet the reasonable expectations of the project and client by over-seeing their work for compliance with Hendel Homes standards and construction schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Complete all project financials and draws within the pre-determined project schedule.
• Complete project specifications and estimates with accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with clients to deliver the highest quality product with a clear process

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
