Project Manager

Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the capabilities and service offerings for 50,000feet which span brand strategy and identity creation, creative development, campaign development, asset production, web design and development and other core agency projects, programs and deliverables.

The Project Manager is responsible for not only planning and scheduling marketing initiatives but is able to bring new ideas and creative approaches to enhance effective marketing solutions and strategies. In this role, the Creative Project Manager must be able to identify the skills and resources to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensures resources availability and allocation
• Bring new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages
• Understands creative process/thinking, design and smart copy
• Recognizes fresh approaches to communications
• Develops detailed project plan to track progress
• Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Reports and escalates to management as needed
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
• Regular status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines
• Other duties as assigned
