Project Architect

Description:

As a SEI Project Architect, you will be assigned to a team and will collaborate on multiple, simultaneous community based projects in various stages of design and construction. You will communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to extract and synthesize input, and ultimately be responsible for the quality execution of projects that are on schedule and within budget. As an office that fosters mentorship, you will be supported by firm leadership while leading enthusiastic architectural staff and offering technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 5 or more years of experience
• Licensure is encouraged but not required
• Experience in projects from design through construction
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is preferred
• Ability to coordinate design and consultant teams and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction and building structures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
• Participate in business development and new project pursuits.
