Abilities/Attributes:

• Personal interest and understanding of the design process

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize and manage time independently

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Experience in production of Permit and construction documents as well as contract administration

• Familiarity with state and local area building codes, local ordinances and permit submission processes

• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills

Experience:

• Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture

• 4-7 Years of Experience, minimum

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop is required

• Familiarity with wood frame construction detailing is required

• Proficiency in Revit is an advantage

• Seeking Registration is desirable and supported
