Program Manager

The University of Colorado Boulder Advancement department encourages applications for a Program Manager for Parent Events & Engagement. This position will work in lockstep with the Donor Relations and Parent Giving/Boulder Advancement Programs (PG/BAP) teams to coordinate and lead the implementation of all local and national events (25+/year).

The Program Manager for Parent Events and Engagement is critical to the engagement efforts for the Office of Advancement at CU Boulder and is part of a team that focuses on donor relations, parent engagement, events, and plays an essential role in growing and deepening constituent relationships with CU. Our events support the university as we engage, qualify, cultivate, and steward new and existing donors to the campus. This position coordinates and collaborates with Donor Relations and PG/BAP, as well as a multitude of other Advancement partners throughout campus.

Under the guidance of the Associate Director for Donor Events & Engagement, this position is tasked with supporting the programmatic planning and execution that achieves the unit’s goals in stewarding donors, engaging parents and other constituents, promoting the reputation of the PG/BAP department, and increasing overall philanthropic support and engagement for CU Boulder.
