Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist PAM staff with the facilitation of various public engagement activities on event days, including large museum lectures, small gallery talks, artist performances, drop-in art making, and demonstrations.
- Distributing signage, managing ticket check-in, and guiding visitor flow in galleries and event spaces.
- Assist the Head of Accessibility in ensuring accessibility offerings are available to all program participants.
- Promote and support positive personal interactions with the public and museum staff across different departments.
- Perform general administrative duties including support with program correspondence, scheduling appointments online or in person, and maintaining office documents.
- Assist in ordering and managing program supplies and equipment.
- Enter and track data in our systems and assist with project tracking.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
