Professional Services Account Executive

Responsibilities
Successfully implement and manage sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and nurture positive relationships with collaborators to drive business growth.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand Adobe’s footprint within target industries.

Requirements
Proven experience in Professional Services sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of Adobe products and services is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $197,800 -- $323,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
