Description:
As a part of RSM’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) Consulting practice, you will be part of engagement teams and work with other team members to execute PSA projects and help deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take hands-on responsibility to ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, workshop sessions, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews.
- Provide clients with best practice recommendations based on client industry and business processes. Share these best practices internally with RSM team members.
- Help iterate and provide improvements to the PSA implementation methodology, including repeatable tools and techniques to add to the internal knowledge library.
- Maintain an understanding of the capabilities in new PSA product releases.
- Provide accurate accounting of time spent on tasks.
- Target 75-80% billable utilization on client projects.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in implementing Professional Services Automation (PSA) products – Kantata OX or SX, Certinia PS Cloud, or NetSuite OpenAir.
- Experience as a consultant working on client-facing delivery projects.
- Ability to communicate and manage client expectations at all levels of a client organization.
- Strong knowledge of professional services industry.
- A passion for delivering successful client outcomes.
- A deep understanding of the fundamental business processes underlying Professional Services businesses – the full order to cash lifecycle.
- Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.
- Experience with telecommuting and working with globally distributed teams.
- Be available to travel up to 25%.
