Production Systems Engineer

Production Systems Engineer, Cooling & Power Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end validation for thermal, liquid cooling, and power system technologies to support Meta’s AI hardware infrastructure.
• Collaborate with hardware design, thermal, and power engineering teams to define test strategies at a system level.
• Drive power and cooling system integration with datacenter tooling.
• Contribute to hacks to enable AI platform integration with next generation liquid cooling and power systems.
• Contribute to new feature development and validation across hardware/software stacks.
• Proactively create experiments and tooling to detect and diagnose hardware/firmware/software health issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and root cause system failures while working with internal and external partners.
• Leverage production experience to drive external and internal teams to continuously improve product quality.
• Communicate complex technical findings to diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in hands-on SW/FW/HW engineering to build systems/products for data center environments, or similar.
• Work experience in one or more domains such as: server hardware (system design, bring-up, characterization, validation), board level debug, firmware validation, system validation.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging in production environments.
• Experience in developing test specifications, procedures, and debug guides for test solutions.
