Production Supervisor

Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisors for a client located just west of Evansville, IN area (relocation assistance available). The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. The annual salary range for this position is $75-85k and includes bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, 401k matching and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production machinery is functional
• Makes sure that the parts, products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
• Lead 20+ team members
• Tracks metrics to ensure they meets/exceeds departmental KPIs
• Responsible for the development and monitoring of production budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree is required
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Manage KPIs and Team Goals
• Strong communication skills
