Production Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

Assist in monthly employee engagement and employee recognitions set up, facilitation and logistics. Set up and communication of monthly townhalls. Manage company wide calendar. Assist with company swag and office supply inventory, event banners etc. Attending meetings as requested and take meeting minutes/action items Assist in facilitating company polls, surveys, pulses Maintain company website communications i.e. upcoming events, important announcements, web site access maintenance. Provide meeting support i.e. room set up, catering, communications Maintains confidentiality Follows Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Dress Code policies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Prerequisite

Must Have Previous Experience In a High Paced Environment.
