Description:
We are seeking a strategic and process-oriented Product Owner to manage our internal and external SAAS offerings, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to our valued Participants. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of our Participants' needs and preferences through comprehensive Voice of the Participant research and analysis, employing various methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, benchmarking, audits, and more with the assistance of a research team.
Collaborating closely with the UX, Research, Development, and Customer Support teams, as well as external partners, the Product Owner will play a pivotal role in devising a holistic approach to product management. This encompasses establishing key performance metrics, conducting competitive research and user surveys, integrating personas and customer journeys into the product definition, and overseeing the product roadmap and maintenance schedule.
Qualifications:
- degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field, or commensurate experience.
- least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or software development
- years of experience executing roadmaps/large initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes and impacts.
- experience working in Agile environments, including creating and maintaining product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts.
- experience in web and digital content development including understanding the technical aspects of mobile products and their capabilities.
- track record of successfully leading teams, projects, and initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with different levels (participants, staff, executives, Trustees) to persuade, influence, and drive change.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
