As part of the Monetization Product, the SMB Growth team is focused on helping to build products that enable small to medium-sized advertisers on TikTok's ad platform. We're seeking an experienced Product Operation Manager to be responsible for managing the operation work of the AGP product team. In this role, He/She will have the opportunity to build something new and scale it quickly. The right candidate will be excited about creating from scratch and thrives in dynamic, and often ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Ad Growth Platform(a.k.a. AGP) is positioned to help all SMB customers grow with TikTok through personalized, actionable, and effective guidance.
- The role will focus on product strategy and operations of the SMB Ad Growth Platform.
- Act as the product specialist of the given projects, identifying critical growth areas impacting business growth, and educating and inspiring actions based on data-driven insights. Ensure solution delivery of the solution and track and monitor performance against defined success metrics.
- Execute operational rigor and efficiency by prioritizing products and solutions, crafting communications and marketing materials, creating growth plans with defined success metrics, and developing and executing activations and programs to drive the success of related products/features.
- Lead user feedback and issue management, effectively prioritize and develop products/features that impact AGP platform success metrics. Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to successfully launch and scale products across multiple channels.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BA /BS degree or above.
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital advertising or related fields, have a deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging ad solutions.
- Proven skills in product management/ product marketing/program management, or equivalent.
- Quantitative analytical experience and strong communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple sources of input (e.g. data sets, interview feedback, research)
- Experience working with global teams across time zones.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Prior experience in dealing with SMB marketing and business.
