Description:
TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in advertising and understands the content creation ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with both in-market Product Marketing Managers and product teams to have deep understanding of product. This means working with the team to analayze and understand product adoption, defining opportunities for our solutions, validating hypothesis through data and building materials that have the end customer in mind so we can ensure learnings are global.
An ability to self-motivate, collaborate and influence partners are key skills. Candidates should have experience leading a team, worked with media products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with mobile marketing.
Responsibilities
- Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the creative and creator marketing industry particularly in the creative ecosystem or AIGC to affect the direction of go-to-market for key product solutions
- Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives to grow adoption of creative ideation and production solutions
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and regional counterparts to build customer-centric solutions for our advertisers globally to drive identification, use, and creation of high-performing and authentic ad creative.
- Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Develop best practices through the lens of advertisers to drive enablement and business outcomes
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in advertising
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Strong understanding of advertising industry and client objectives with ability to position solutions with client-first mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
- Experience in influencing product management decisions.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects and programs
- Willingness to collaborate and work in matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
