Description:
We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our team. You will have a chance to shape monetization efforts, from the ground up for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy of advertiser-facing channels that drive adoption and engagement of TikTok's global SMB ads products, leveraging such channels as emails, SMS and Ads Manager product's on-site notifications.
- Build out lifecycle-based growth strategies at scale from advertisers' activation to resurrection, from goal-setting to infrastructure & process development, to fostering cross-functional relationships with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop internal marketing tools to optimize the metrics of internal content creation and distribution. Tools include but are not limited to audience segmentation, AIGC, and campaign personalization.
- Using empathy, campaign data, and market research to continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- 5+ years experience in the internet industry, managing large-scale products across diversified channels (paid, organic, web, social media, influence marketing, etc...).
- Great communicator & team player. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
- Extensive experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy.
- Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.
- SQL experience.
- Experience with growth efforts in international markets.
- Experience in B2B & SMB marketing, video marketing and vertical (eComm, local, etc) audience marketing.
- Experience in growing and scaling products, in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment.
