The role

The Product Marketing Manager will support the definition and execution of Adobe Express strategy for Enterprise. You will be responsible for defining customer segments, strategies and execution to drive Express adoption within existing Enterprise accounts and build a pipeline for Express attach at renewal. You’ll be coordinating and tracking account level performance across multiple engagement motions (digital, account based and community), ensuring that accounts effectively engage with the communications, events, training, and product. The ideal candidate has experience executing strategies to drive adoption, penetration, and usage of SaaS products across large businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to size opportunity, identify cross-sell opportunities, explore growth strategies with large Enterprise accounts. You will plan, execute, and coordinate across internal teams to bring new offerings to market. As a member of the broader team, you will collaborate with customer marketing, strategy development, analytics, sales teams to translate strategy into pipeline by guiding campaigns and tactics.

What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Develop the go-to-market plan with cross-functional teams, combining business goals, user insights, target segments and other data into a strategy plan.
  • Understand and document customer engagement journeys, across digital, account based and community activities, optimize sequencing and complementarity to grow account-based adoption.
  • Define pre/post sales customer engagement model & metrics to measure adoption.
  • Drive performance updates and analysis with plan to action to achieve business goals.
  • Rally partner teams behind the strategy, crisply and clearly communicating the strategy to internal teams so that they can build plans toward reaching the strategy.
  • Build empathy and intimacy with ENT through market research, insights, and relationships with the customer base.
  • Represent Enterprise customers to internal teams, and champion delivering a delightful customer experience.
  • Support product releases and own the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan.

What you need to succeed (Requirements):

  • Highly collaborative and empathic leadership style with a talent for building relationships across teams and driving projects forward.
  • Senior experience in an Enterprise Software-as-a-Service organization leading a Strategy & Operations team or a comparable function (e.g., Go-to-Market Strategy, Pre-sales, a global Center of Excellence).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical.
  • Exceptional program management skills; ability to oversee and ensure the success of multiple programs at a time.
  • Ability to shift and evolve programs to align with executive priorities while keeping team morale high.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence strategy, decision making & engage field functions.
  • Self-driven with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience on a successful offering, ideally with focus on enterprise businesses
