Product Manager

Description:

seeking Product Owner/ Product Manager / Project Manager to work in Capital Markets Technology initiatives and projects responsible for maximizing the value for Capital Markets Technology.

He/she will be responsible for monitoring, creating, and improving software application strategy, products, microsites, APIs and related items usability following user-centered design (UCD) best practices.

Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for the deal execution technology, defining and prioritizing stories, creating prototypes, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team.

Work closely with Senior business partners (Syndicate desk, head of Debt Capital Markets / Equity Capital Market Syndicate, Execution Services and Fixed Income / Equity Sales)

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and aligns them on priorities
• Gain an in-depth understanding of Capital Markets applications, how they are used by the business and how applications fit into the overall deal workflow;
• Creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain.
• Communicates the product vision and roadmap to C-Suite stakeholders and business teams, and drives user adoption.
