Product Go To Market Manager

Description:

As a Product Go To Market Manager for 3E’s Chemical & Workplace Safety solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for our products. In partnership with our corporate marketing team, you will be making worldwide products and facilities safer and more sustainable by bringing to market innovative solutions for chemical management, regulatory compliance & regulatory news. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, product knowledge, and marketing expertise to effectively position our products in the market and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

• Work with product line leadership to develop a clear go-to-market strategy and messaging that drives business growth
• Develop messaging frameworks, pricing guidance, and execution plans for supporting teams through the execution of GTM strategy and measure performance and results
• Understand market trends and competitive landscape, sharing knowledge with product and commercial teams regularly
• Align with marketing, solutions engineering, and sales development to drive key initiatives and monitor results
• Analyze lead channel and product usage results to monitor the success of new product releases and suggest opportunities for improvement
• Deliver personal value proposition and bundling strategy in support of Product Line strategy
• Maintain key external relationships with partners and key stakeholders to drive GTM strategy

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Project Management, Product Marketing, or Product GTM role
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful go-to-market strategy
• Proven ability to develop cross-functional relationships to execute on the GTM roadmap
• Solid background in Chemical Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Regulatory News is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
