Description:
Heartbeat, a full-service healthcare marketing agency for Challenger Brands under Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Producer to lead the execution and delivery of mid-size, multi-channel projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
As part of a tight-knit and innovative team, the Producer will play a pivotal role in orchestrating cross-capability collaboration to deliver impactful work across interactive/digital, print, and video. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a strategic problem-solving mindset to deliver results in a high-stakes healthcare marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of multi-channel production projects from kickoff to completion.
Expertly plan and monitor project scope, timelines, resourcing, and financials.
Collaborate across teams (media, med comms, strategy, creative, tech, and population health) to maintain project alignment.
Prepare accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) and cost-to-complete financial estimates.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks while maintaining a client-first approach.
Ensure adherence to QC plans and streamline production processes to boost efficiency.
Lead and participate in resource allocation discussions and workflow improvements.
Foster a collaborative environment, communicating changes and expectations proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
Produce clear client documentation and communication, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Required Skills:
Strong project management experience with expertise in at least one channel (interactive, print, or video).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project experience is a plus).
Ability to create master project plans and drive team coordination.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of digital production and familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
Skilled in communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Agency or digital project experience preferred.
Marketing or communications industry background is advantageous.
Benefits & Additional Information:
Compensation Range: $59,850 – $90,620 annually (equivalent to $4987 – $7551/month).
