Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Focused Improvement and Operations teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects, leveraging loss data.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and waste, and develop technical solutions to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Engage with WCM Leader, Finance Leader, and Manufacturing Leader to strategically select and manage projects.
Drive capital efficiency by innovating cost-effective project implementations and exploring alternative technical solutions to extend equipment life and reduce environmental impact.
Support cross-site process and packing activities, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and contributing to a cohesive supply chain strategy.
Champion a culture of change by continuously seeking and implementing more efficient methods of operation and promoting a shift towards a digitally optimized, flexible production environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with automated manufacturing systems including servo motors, PLC applications, and AGV technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI and SQL for data analytics is preferred.
