Print Production Coordinator

 

Description:

Responsibilities & Duties

Conduct project management of direct mail, print projects, and other designs by sourcing, and collaborating with Administration, as well as management with approved suppliers.

Coordinate and manage workflow throughout multiple agencies and production relationships inside and outside the Health System.

Manage subsidiary assets related to print production; assures graphics and illustrations as well as other materials are appropriately presented for public image; applies rules and regulatory constraints with print production.

Prepare specifications for new parts with vendors.

Track projects to ensure deadlines are met.

Provide print production quality assurance and reviews entire work from concept to final delivery.

Maintain strong working relationships with Administration, Health Public Relations/Marketing, and Grant programs as well as Tribal representatives regarding printing support and media/graphics coordination.

Collaborates with Health Public Relations/Marketing to develop print advertising materials for print or digital use.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED; Associates Degree or technical training preferred.

Job Requirements: 3-5 years progressive experience in print production/graphic design. Minimum of 2 years preferred.

Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Windows-based PC and other relevant printing and graphics programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with awareness of deadlines.

Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.

Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity.

Frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs)

Occasional lifting (up to 60 lbs)
