Role Description

Outline and execute the sales, support and customer requirements for the video streaming market. Besides outlining the strategy, he/she will need to drive this strategy to execution. This includes not only winning all the business and deals to deliver on the strategy, but also to engaging the required resources for success including BU, Finance, Services, Channels Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and supporting customers in the multichannel video service provider market. Including providers like Comcast, Charter, Altice, Cox, DISH and other MVPDs.
  • In order to create the winning solution, he/she will need to work closely with the regional sales team, product managers and architects, to help define the scope, features and requirement roadmaps of these solutions to enable success.
  • The best teams enable the greatest results. Inspire and drive your regional virtual team. Lead by example. Build a winning team spirit where it is fun to work, and great to achieve results.
  • Execute on your growth strategy, successfully position our solutions in the identified markets and projects to win the business and secure customer loyalty.
  • Consistent accuracy in reporting activity into the company Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool in order to keep the focus on your key deals and requirements for your region and accounts.
