Principal Product Designer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Designer with a passion for and track record of creating exceptional user experiences. As a Principal Designer, you will work across all products and collaborate closely with business owners to share the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for designing and leading the execution of high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business owners to understand business objectives, identity opportunities, and create effective design solutions that drive business results.
• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for commerce products, including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to ensure designs are executed effectively and to the highest standards.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Champion user-centered design principles and ensure designs are grounded in user insights and data.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team Influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organization

Experience:
