Principal Firmware Engineer

Description:

A global energy technology company and the world’s leading supplier of microinverter-based solar and battery systems are looking for experienced Firmware Engineers to join their new Austin based R&D team.

They are looking for Firmware Engineers who can cover the entire product development lifecycle from design, implementation and maintaining build processes.

You will develop, integrate, and validate firmware for next generation system control products and improve current designs.

A successful candidate must have:

Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field

In-depth and proven understanding of C/C++

Exposure to RTOS and Bare Metal

Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M4/M7 architectures
