Responsibilities
Perform information gathering processes to identify any toxic access combinations including reviewing entitlements and role data, role-entitlement mapping, user access, job functions, application functions, and permission to determine SoDs
Design, define, and recommend mitigating controls that need to be implemented to address critical risks associated with user access (such as changing user access privileges, implementing monitoring controls to detect unauthorized access, or implementing two-factor authentication)
Develop SoD rulesets, remediation, and mitigation controls
Lead role discovery/engineering exercises, which includes but not limited to - information-gathering and data analysis (reviewing entitlements and role data, role-entitlement mapping, user access, user job functions, etc.)
Responsible for managing, overseeing, and partnering with AIG's managed service provider to ensure the completion and delivery of IAM application and platform access (re)certifications
Manages the planning, tracking, and follow-up of access (re)certifications to ensure established timelines are met
Responsible for taking a "hands on" approach when necessary to ensure access (re)certifications are completed as expected
Lead the design and implementation of access (re)certification process enhancements and modifications
Partner closely with application, platform, IAM, Security, Risk, and Audit teams as necessary to ensure access (re)certifications are completed as expected
Monitor certification requirements to ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs
Partner with regulatory bodies to ensure evidence is supplied when requested.
Assist with developing and maintaining IAM related policies and procedures focused on access (re)certifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology
12+ years of IT experience supporting IGA solutions with 8+ years focused on IAM solutions (specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ) as an IAM access administration analyst or in a similar governance role
In depth knowledge of role-based access controls and access (re)certification processes, principles, and best practices
In depth knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies
Ability to work in a team environment, adapt quickly to change and learn new applications or environments is required
Must be highly organized and maintain quality work while meeting deadlines
Extreme attention to detail is necessary due to audit and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in integration testing, ensuring the seamless integration of IAM solutions with various systems and applications
In depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, and entitlement management
Experience with identity protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to identity management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Excellent analytical, process analysis, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking
