Description:
The Principal BDM will design and implement a global sales strategy on target accounts, ensuring intimate relationship with customers’ key personnel and senior executive leadership. The Principal BDM is expected to execute their strategy across all Enel X countries, leveraging local salesforce and subject matter experts where necessary, with the final aim of maximizing customer value creation. A heavy aptitude to navigating complex sales in rapidly growing business is therefore fundamental to succeed. This role requires a confident and professional self-starter, a good listener, a creative deal maker, a thought leader and someone who is comfortable interfacing with senior level leadership, focused on constantly meeting customer’s needs with a strong customer-centric mentality.
