Description:

Paramount Pressing and Plating is looking for a skilled Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating vinyl pressing machinery, ensuring the highest quality standards, and performing routine maintenance. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who are detail-oriented and mechanically inclined.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor vinyl pressing machines.

- Inspect records for quality and troubleshoot production issues.

- Perform regular maintenance on machinery.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or press operator role is preferred.

- Bonus* Experience with Pheenix Alpha machines

- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
