Join our team as a dedicated Preschool Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young learners. We are seeking a passionate individual to provide quality education and care to preschool-aged children in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for young children
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience

Qualifications:

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (compensation is based on education and experience)
- Previous experience in ITERS or two year old class or preschool teaching in a licensed 5 STAR center
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Experience in private school settings is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills
- Computer skills for lesson planning, newsletters etc.
