As a Pre-Sales IT Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions that align with clients’ needs.
  • Develop detailed architectural blueprints and documentation.
  • Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology-based role (e.g., network administrator, software developer, systems administrator).
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), operating systems, and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
