Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team as a partner. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a dual ownership structure alongside our existing Surgeon and Cosmetic Physician Partners. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, sharing our mission to provide the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities
 

• Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures with an emphasis on aesthetic surgery of the face and body, breast reductions, and breast reconstructions.
• Initially handle the majority of insured procedures (excluding upper blepharoplasties) and share 50/50 the cosmetic cases from non-specific patient requests.
• Gradually assume more responsibilities with a view to taking over the practice.
   

Qualifications
 

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (Facial plastic surgeons will not qualify for this position).
• Completed fellowship in cosmetic surgery or breast surgery highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the full spectrum of general plastic surgery.
• A strong connection to the South, through upbringing, education, or familial ties, is advantageous.
