Plant Operations Lead

Description:

• Assist with asset setup and configuration of a new facility
• Assist with process flow improvements and reliability
• Share knowledge around quality control parameters and best practices
• Have knowledge of thermoforming, pulping and similar process maintenance and upkeep
• Experience in the manufacture of wares from rice straw/non-wood fiber
• Highly knowledgeable in the process from feedstock to final product
• Plant start up
