As a Full Time Physical Therapist in our outpatient setting, you will be at the forefront of helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Conducting patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and needs
• Developing personalized treatment plans and goals
• Implementing evidence-based physical therapy techniques and exercises
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educating patients and their families on home exercises and self-care techniques
   

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
 

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current physical therapy practices
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
