Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling graphics using extensive brand assets for campaigns, advertisements, and social media channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and running paid ad campaigns with a focus on healthcare/pharmaceutical audiences.
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with healthcare industry trends, including campaigns for holidays and events.
  • Collaborate daily with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas tailored to healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies for optimal engagement and ROI.
  • Edit basic videos and organize online webinars (a plus).
  • Take ownership of tasks, demonstrating a desire to learn and grow into a supervisory role.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, combining graphic design and social media management.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and successful campaigns specific to healthcare/pharmaceutical industries.
  • Detail-oriented, positive, and organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing campaigns in healthcare-focused advertising.
  • Energetic and motivated to take initiative and work independently within a team setting.
